Completed application form
Photo copy of driver's license
Photo copy of social security card
Latest paycheck stub
Last year's W-2 or copy of last year's income tax return
Copy of current credit report
Certified check for non-refundable application fee: $35 for an individual or $50 for a couple
Certified check for reservation fee of $150. If you are accepted, we will credit $150 towards your first month's rent. If we have to decline your application, we will return the reservation money to you.

Do I Obtain a Free Credit Report?
Everybody is entitled to one free annual credit report once a year from one of the following three agencies:
Equifax
Experian
TransUnion
You can receive your free report through this website: https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp
The credit report is absolutely free, only the credit score costs money.
We only need one copy of your free report - either Equifax, Experian or TransUnion.
You can do this online but be prepared that you may have to call in and verify that you are the person
inquiring about your credit. Once you receive the report, it will be available on their website for 30 days and
you can print it for your records.
