Is your credit score preventing you from buying the home of your dreams? We may have a solution for you! We are looking for clients who are interested in our rent-to-own program through our Homeowner-in-Training program. This means that you move into your new home now - all you need is a one month deposit plus paying your monthly rent on time. You take care of your credit issues (we set you up with a credit counselor) and we provide the home for you. Depending on your situation, you can purchase your home once your credit has improved (usually between 1 and 2 years).
